Pedro Miguel Ferreira Custódio joins Demarest

Pedro Miguel Ferreira Custódio, a lawyer and economist, has been appointed as a tax partner at Demarest Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil.

Custódio specialises in financial services. Some of his main clients include banking institutions, insurers, asset management companies, and foreign investors. In addition to his wide experience in tax matters involving financial institutions, he assists non-financial institutions with the tax treatment of financial products.

Previously, he was a partner and tax leader of financial services for more than seven years at EY.
