Yong Whan is a partner primarily focusing on international tax matters who co-leads Yulchon’s international tax team.
He has more than 17 years of tax experience, focusing particularly on transfer pricing, permanent establishment, beneficial ownership, and royalty issues concerning the semiconductor, automobile, chemical, platform, and ICT industries.
Before joining Yulchon, Yong Whan served for three years as a government attorney representing South Korea’s National Tax Service in tax litigation. He is a vice chair of International Fiscal Association Korea.
