Vanesa is the transfer pricing leading partner of Deloitte Chile. She possesses over 14 years of transfer pricing experience in Argentina, Italy, and Chile.
Vanesa has experience in transfer pricing planning and business restructuring projects, including designing intercompany arrangements in the context of value chain alignment. She has conducted successful audit, controversy, and advance pricing agreement processes, and advises across a variety of industry sectors, with a focus on air transport, mining, energy, retail, and consumer goods. Vanesa has extensive experience in financial intercompany transactions and valuation.
She is a professor on the postgraduate Diploma of Transfer Pricing at Universidad de Santiago de Chile and a lecturer on transfer pricing subjects at various universities and chambers across Chile. Vanesa graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from the National University of Rosario. She also has a postgraduate degree in neuroeconomics, a master's degree in finance from the Adolfo Ibáñez University, and a postgraduate degree in tax specialisation from FEN – Universidad de Chile.
