Paul Davison has become a partner of Freshfields's tax practice in its London office His practice focuses on corporate finance, particularly restructurings, structured finance, general advisory and revenue disputes. He is the only member of the tax practice out of the 25 lawyers promoted to the partnership from May 1 this year.
