Camilleri Preziosi's tax expertise goes from advising clients on direct and indirect tax concerns to representing clients before fiscal courts and tribunals. The majority of overseas transactions they handle involve the use of Maltese vehicles in the context of bigger transactions, such as M&As or group restructuring activities. The Corporate & Tax team is led by Donald Vella, a partner at Camilleri Preziosi. Kirsten Debono Huskinson, who was promoted to partner on January 1, 2022, is actively involved in all of the firm's tax matters.

Deloitte Malta's long-established tax practise assists international corporations with cross-border operations in Malta, as well as other large national client groups operating in the Maltese economy, as well as national authorities and regulators. With ten tax partners and approximately 107 tax specialists, it is one of Malta's largest tax practises. Conrad Cassar Torregiani, Director, is a key member of the team.
