Jen helps tax executives and their teams to address their need for sustained performance within their functions and contribute to their company’s marketplace objectives. She advises clients on operating model design, data management strategies, and process and technology integration with respect to the tax function and its integration into the broader finance organisation. She is the practice leader for Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) for Deloitte Global, as well as Deloitte Tax LLP (US). In the US, she leads a team comprising more than 450 tax technology professionals who focus on the digital transformation of tax.
Jen’s Deloitte career has included serving multinational clients in various industries – such as technology, media, retail, manufacturing, and financial services – and two years working with Deloitte Germany establishing and expanding the TTC footprint.
Jen holds a Master of Science in Accounting degree from San Diego State University. She is a licensed certified public accountant in California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
