Janis Sussick
Janis is a partner in Deloitte Germany’s Munich transfer pricing (TP) team. He joined Deloitte in 2013 after graduating with a master’s degree in finance and economics from the London School of Economics. Janis advises clients on the design, implementation, and defence of robust global TP set-ups, including financial modelling, valuation analyses, and controversy support.
His focus areas include operational TP as well as TP process and technology transformation. He coordinates global TP documentation projects for MNEs in the industrial products and construction (IP&C) industry and has provided extensive transfer pricing advisory services to clients from this sector.
Janis is the German TP lead for the IP&C industry. He regularly supports his clients in TP advisory engagements, restructuring analyses, and controversy cases in Germany. Janis is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a certified German tax adviser.
