Janis Sussick

Janis is a director in Deloitte Germany’s Munich TP team. He joined Deloitte in 2013 after graduating with a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Janis supports his clients with regard to all aspects of planning, operationalising, documenting and defending intercompany transfer prices. One of his focus areas is the field of operational TP and TP process and technology transformation. He also coordinates global TP documentation projects for large multinational enterprises from the Industrial Products and Construction industry. Furthermore, he is experienced in the valuation of intangibles for TP purposes.

Janis is the German TP lead for the IP&C industry. His work includes the annual preparation of global TP documentation reports for leading IP&C multinationals, the fully fledged TP advisory for a Fortune 500 engineering company, and multiple IP valuation projects and restructuring analyses as part of M&A deals.

Janis is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and a certified German tax advisor.
