Biography
A tax professional since 2012, Steve has experience in Luxembourg tax advisory, focusing on private equity, real estate, infrastructure sectors and multinational corporations. He advises a wide range of international investors on all direct tax matters (deal structuring, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions as well as exit planning).
Steve is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg (“Expert-Comptable”). He holds a certificate of complementary courses in Luxembourg law (“CCDL”) as well as a post-graduate degree in Luxembourg Tax. He holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Paris XII (France) as well as a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (France).
