Thibaut is a Partner and Head of Indirect Tax at ATOZ.
A tax professional since 2010, Thibaut has experience in indirect tax issues in the fields of financial services and real estate. His areas of expertise also include e-commerce and aviation for national and international clients, as well as the industrial and distribution sectors.
Thibaut is a member of the Indirect Tax Committee of the Luxembourg Banking Association (ABBL) and a member of the VAT Committee of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI). He is also a member of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA).
He holds an Executive Master’s in Tax Management from Solvay Brussels School, a Master’s degree in
Environmental Law and Town Planning Law from the Saint-Louis University, a Master’s degree in European Law and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Louvain. He also holds a certification in Luxembourg Tax.
He speaks French and English.
