Experience
Patrik has expertise in both Swedish and international taxation as well as transfer pricing. He primarily advises on fund structuring involving foreign investors, cross border restructurings and transfer pricing issues across many industries and for a wide variety of clients. Prior to joining Svalner in 2018, Patrik worked at Baker McKenzie and PwC.
