Biography
Fredrik Berndt heads Svalner Atlas' tax litigation practice. He is frequently retained as counsel in the most significant cases before the Swedish tax courts. He represents clients before the European Court of Justice. He also has experience from civil courts and international arbitration. He was previously a member of the Swedish Bar.
