Experience
Carl is a member of Svalner’s real estate group and has extensive experience from advising on Swedish and international tax matters. He joined Svalner in 2017 after six years with Mannheimer Swartling, one of the leading law firms in the Nordic region.
Business focus
Corporate income tax with a special focus on M&A, financing solutions (capital market as well as bank financing) and international tax structuring.
