Jalsovszky is renowned for its successful tax practice, which is supported by a group of nine attorneys and two counsels. The team handles challenging issues involving litigation, dispute resolution, tax structuring, indirect tax and transactional tax. The team is headed by partner Pál Jalsovszky.

Recently the firm supported the Szallas Group with legal and tax advice to the client in connection with an M&A transaction in which the client was the target company, emphasising the client's ESOP programme. The team also provided tax advice on Hungarian operations to Bolt Operations, the first European mobility super-app.

During the research period Zsóka Erdősy, an attorney and tax counsellor at LFB Legal, joined the firm. Péter Hosszú, an Apelso Trust attorney and tax counsellor also came on board.
