Mexican firm Creel, Garcia-Cuellar, Aiza y Enriquez now offers transfer pricing services, and has hired Laura Frias as TP counsel, as well as a team of specialised associates.

Laura Frias joins the firm from General Electric, where she was head of TP in Mexico and other countries in Latin America for more than 10 years. Prior to that, Frias worked as manager of tax planning at Televisa, and she has also worked for tax firm Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cia. She specialises in planning, policy setting, APAs, TP compliance and identifying risks in M&As.
