Clifford Chance hires Olaf van der Donk

Olaf van der Donk is joining Clifford Chance on January 1 2014 as a senior adviser in its tax department in Amsterdam.

Van der Donk (right) advises clients such as multinational corporations, private equity houses and funds on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including share purchase/sales, mergers, initial public offerings (IPOs) and restructurings.

He started his career as a tax inspector, before working at EY from 1991. He became a partner in 1997 before leaving to join Allen & Overy in 2002.
