Colin has more than 30 years of professional experience in Hong Kong (HK) and London, with the last 20 being in HK.

He was named, for the third time in succession, as one of the pre-eminent tax practitioners in Asia by the Guide to the World's Leading Tax Advisers. Colin was also recognised, for the second time in succession, as one of the expert transfer pricing practitioners in HK by the Guide to the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers. He was previously recognised by International Tax Review as "among the firm's leading lights for tax controversy in Asia".

In HK, Colin services a wide range of clients, and has acted as general regional tax and diligence coordinator for a number of these.

Outside tax, Colin has started up and headed our HK business process outsourcing group and set up and led our Asia-Pacific e-business tax and legal team. Colin has also headed our HK transfer pricing team and led our Asia-Pacific technology, info-comms and entertainment tax team for a decade.

Colin's work experience includes secondments to government and industry, deal experience, leading system design and implementation projects (on time and budget) and other major change management leadership responsibilities. Consequently, he brings an unusually wide perspective, commercial as well as technical and policy, to clients.

Colin has spoken and published extensively. In addition to his book The Hong Kong Tax Guide, in its third edition, his other recent publications include the HK chapter of Substance 2.0, a major publication on aligning international tax planning with today's business realities.

Colin has an MA in economics from Cambridge University, and is a Fellow of the HKICPA, ICAEW and TIHK. He is also a certified tax adviser.

Outside of work, Colin sits on the Joint Liaison Committee on Taxation, is a member of the HKSAR's Public Affairs Forum, an Honorary Adviser (Finance) for a $160m revenue HK charity, a board of advisers member of International Care Ministries, and chairman of Crusaders.

Yvonne Law is Deloitte China's tax managing partner, eminence and business development, and also partner-in-charge of business tax and the field audit and tax investigation group in Hong Kong.

She specialises in Hong Kong, China and international tax, including pre-flotation corporate restructuring and tax controversy services.

Yvonne is a founding member, past president and current member of the Council of the Association of Women Accountants Hong Kong and the past chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Taxation Committee.

Her present public appointments include chairman of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority's Regional Advisory Committee of Kowloon, chairman of the Hospital Governing Committee of Shatin Hospital, Vice-Chairman of the CreateSmart Initiative Vetting Committee, a member of the Council of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, the Energy Advisory Committee and the Antiquities Advisory Board. She is also a member of the 11th Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in the mainland.

Her previous appointments include: a part-time member of the HKSAR government's think tank, the Central Policy Unit (2002-2004); a member of the Commission on Strategic Development (2005); an elected member to represent the accountancy sub-sector in the election committee responsible for electing the HKSAR chief executive (2000, 2006 and 2012).

Yvonne was presented the inaugural Outstanding Accountancy Alumni Award and the Outstanding Alumni Award by Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2000/2001 and 2007, respectively. She has also been named by International Tax Review as one of the leading tax advisers in Hong Kong and mainland China between 2001 and 2012. In 2006, she was named one of the National Hundred Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs by the China Association of Women Entrepreneurs. In 2012, she was named by Legal Media Group as one of the world's leading women in business law.

Eugene Yeung is a senior manager of PwC Hong Kong's corporate tax practice. Eugene advises a broad range of clients in different industries including retail, manufacturing, financial services, and he specialises in the technology, media and telecommunication sectors.

Eugene has more than 10 years of experience as an external tax adviser and in an in-house capacity.

He has extensive experience in managing complex tax controversy projects, such as handling tax examinations, tax audits, tax litigation (Board of Review and court) cases and negotiating settlements. Most of these cases involve local and cross-border issues relating to Hong Kong, China, Macao, and some of the Asian emerging markets.

He has advised multinational corporations and private clients in relation to investment structures, M&A tax issues, listing transactions and setting up regional business process outsourcing hubs. Together with his in-house tax experience, Eugene is able to advise clients from a pragmatic perspective on tax management policies and tax dispute preparedness strategies.

Eugene graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a master's degree in law and accounting. He also has a bachelor's degree in laws and a bachelor's degree in accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).

Davy Yun

Davy Yun is a tax partner with Deloitte China. He possesses a wide breadth of experience gained from working in Hong Kong and Singapore, including working with another Big 4 firm, a US investment bank in Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department (IRD). His technical knowledge and expertise help him in his role leading the Hong Kong national tax technical centre of Deloitte.

Davy leads a number of tax assignments for Hong Kong and multinational clients of different industries covering financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate and funds, including tax due diligence, restructuring and advising on taxation of different types of income and tax issues on cross-border transactions.

Davy is a frequent speaker and writer on Hong Kong tax issues. He is also a technical reviewer of the CCH Hong Kong Master Tax Guide.

Davy holds a BBA degree in accounting with the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is a co-chairman of the ACCA-Hong Kong tax sub-committee.

He has regular dialogue with senior officials of the Hong Kong IRD, exchanging views on tax policies.
