Ashurst has promoted Nicholas Gardner to partner in the London office of its tax team, effective from May 1 2012.

He joined the firm in 2001, and specialises in corporate and private equity transactions and in the structuring of pre-sale reorganisations and tax efficient transactions in a variety of sectors.
