KPMG UK has new head of tax

Jane McCormick has become head of tax for KPMG in the UK, succeeding Alastair McLeish, who has been in the position since July 2010.

McCormick advises multinational banks and investment managers on the UK and international tax aspects of, for example, flotations, reorganisations and disposals, as well as cross-border funding transactions. She has also advised financial institutions on the management of their tax function and on the operational tax implications of investment banking, private banking and investment management products and services.
