Simmons & Simmons expands in Germany

Simmons & Simmons is the latest law firm to prosper from the turmoil at Dewey & LeBoeuf after it hired one of the firm’s tax partners, Bernulph von Crailsheim.

Von Crailsheim has previously been recognised by International Tax Review''s World Tax and other publications for his tax law work.

He focuses on transactional tax and structuring issues for investment funds, particularly private equity and real estate funds.
