New stock exchange launches amid tax questions

Trading began May 30 on the Mercado Integrado Latinoamericano (MILA) stock exchange, which allows cross-border trading between Peru, Colombia and Chile. Yet the three countries’ disparate tax laws may hinder investment and trading on the new bourse.
