Linklaters and Dal Cerro join forces in new Italian practice

Linklaters has hired Luca Dal Cerro to establish a new Italian tax practice for the firm from early 2016

Dal Cerro, who will be based in Milan, was formerly a partner of Tremonti Vitali & Associati for nine years. His practice has focused on the domestic and international tax law aspects of debt capital markets, syndicated loans, acquisitions finance and related M&A transactions, securitisations and structured finance.
