Swiss bank BSI to pay $211 million to US in first self-reporting programme settlement
Banca della Svizzera Italiana (BSI) will pay a $211 million penalty to the US Department of Justice (DoJ) and give information on other financial institutions to the US after becoming the first Swiss bank to complete the 'Swiss Bank Program'.
