Andrew Howard has been appointed to partner in the tax and benefits practice at Ropes & Gray in London.

Howard has more than 12 years' experience working on a wide spectrum of complex UK tax issues. He specialises in all types of transactions involving investment  funds, including  private equity, finance, real estate, and fund formation. 

He joined Ropes & Gray in 2014 after working at Sullivan & Cromwell as an associate for three years.
