Deloitte appoints Mark Howard as director

Mark Howard has been appointed as a director in the indirect tax litigation advisory and settlement team at Deloitte in London.

Howard joins the firm after 18 years’ experience at PwC, where he led non-litigious indirect tax investigations and was head of indirect tax dispute resolution.

Howard specialises in tax investigations and indirect tax, and has worked on the implementation of VAT and sales taxes in various developing countries in the past.
