Dentons hires new senior counsel

Siamak Mostafavi

Dentons has hired Siamak Mostafavi as a senior counsel in its Paris office.

The former Jones Day partner specialises in structured finance, capital market transactions and related derivatives.

Mostafacvi will join fellow new recruit Julien Bacus, who also joined earlier this year as a partner in the Dentons banking and finance group in Paris.
