Rachel Hawkins joins Withers in London

Withers has appointed Rachel Hawkins as a corporate tax partner to help its corporate tax team advise clients on tax transactions.

Hawkins has experience advising clients on financial tax strategy, including fund restructurings and investment arrangements. She worked for Baker McKenzie and O’Melveny & Myers before joining Withers.
