This year marks two decades of commitment to serving its clients, guided by its fundamental values: excellence, international, closeness, reactivity, and availability. Founded in 2004, DSM Avocats à la Cour is an independent full-service business law firm. From the outset, DSM has been driven by the desire to take on and rise to challenges with its clients, while cultivating a dynamic and motivating work environment, in line with its values, aspirations, and a constantly evolving societal environment.

The firm’s success is based on the energy of its teams and the trust of its clients, some of whom have been with the firm from the very beginning. Today, the firm has 6 partners, supported by a team of approximately 40, including more than 20 lawyers. DSM continues to gain recognition, ranking among the top Luxembourg firms in international rankings such as Chambers, Leaders League, Legal500, IFLR1000, and World Tax.

Dr. Alex PHAM, Ph.D., Tax Partner, “Great to be part of this human adventure. Warmest thanks to our clients for their recommendations and business, our peers for their recognition and all our colleagues for their support.”

Marie-Paule GILLEN, Partner, “Since arriving in 2012, I have had the privilege of supporting DSM in its development and contributing to our expertise in banking and financial law. The trust that our clients place in us is the key to our success and I am proud to be able to continue to advise them in a financial law environment law which is constantly developing and increasingly complex.”

Renaud LE SQUEREN, Partner, comments: “I would like to thank our teams for their excellent work and our customers for their trust. We look forward to continuing our collaboration.”

“I’m very proud of our development as a leading full-service firm on a human scale. Our success is based on the dedication of our staff and the renewed trust of our clients and partners, whom we thank sincerely. We will continue to grow, while remaining attentive to legislative developments and our customers’ needs”, adds Mario DI STEFANO, Managing Partner.
