Prichard Jones moves up at Nabarro

Nabarro’s Kirsten Prichard Jones has been promoted to partner in the firm’s London office.

Her practice covers a broad range of corporate tax matters and has recently included advising on the establishment of a joint venture to develop and operate student accommodation in London; the sale by London & Stamford Property (since renamed LondonMetric Property) of their stake in the Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield, and various corporate acquisitions for Care UK, a provider of independent healthcare services.
