Krampe moves up to partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner

Stephan Krampe will become a partner of Berwin Leighton Paisner in its Frankfurt office on May 1.

Previously counsel at the same firm, Krampe specialises in the taxation and structuring of complex financial products and the tax optimised structuring of funds and alternative investments. He also advises on the tax aspects of cross-border real estate transaction and the restructuring of businesses.
