Janine Juggins has been appointed as senior vice president, global tax for Unilever, the consumer products group.
She moves from her role as global head of tax at Rio Tinto, the mining company where she has spent the last 10 years. She also had stints at Enron and APV, a company that eventually became part of Invensys.
