Welland moves from Haines Watts, where he was a tax partner for 10 years. He has 25 years of experience working in tax, advising on structuring cross-border operations including in transfer pricing, intellectual property ownership and withholding tax minimisation.
He is a member of the ICAEW and the Institute of Taxation in the UK.
