Three new tax partners at Clifford Chance

Anne Lemercier, Michiel Sunderman and Mike Seaton will become tax partners of Clifford Chance from next Thursday, May 1.

Lemercier, a counsel in Paris, specialises in compensation and benefits, in particular in the implementation and restructuring of national and international employees share schemes, profit sharing plans and employee saving plans. She advises also on management package and employees investment in private equity transactions.

Sunderman is in Amsterdam, from where he advises clients on the tax aspects of M&A, corporate, cross-border and structured finance transactions.

Seaton is an associate in the New York office.
