Withers hires Giorgio Vaselli in Italy

Georgio Vaselli has joined Withers as a senior associate in its tax practice in Milan, leaving his position at Legance, where he had worked for eight years.

Vaselli specialises in international tax and finance and works with top banks on financing transactions, as well as with Italian private equity funds on fund-raising projects.
