Philippe Derouin has gone out on his own.

Philippe Derouin, one of the best known tax lawyers in France, left Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom at the end of 2015 to set up his own firm, which will focus on transactions and contentious tax.  He was a partner of Skadden Arps between 2008 and 2012, and counsel at the firm for the last three years. Previously,  he was a partner of Gide Loyrette Nouel and of Linklaters.
