DLA Piper expands German tax practice

DLA Piper has announced the appointment of Marie-Theres Rämer as a partner at its Frankfurt-based tax practice.

Rämer joins the firm from Clifford Chance, where she was a partner from 2006 until 2013 when she was promoted to counsel. Rämer specialises in tax issues relating to restructuring and transactions, such as loan transfers, securitisation, financial instruments and real estate. She advises clients on all areas of national and international tax, including FATCA and CRS compliance.
