Ecuador issues new transfer pricing requirements

The Ecuadorian Tax Authority (Servicio de Rentas Interno or SRI) issued new regulations last month, under Resolution No. NAC-DGERCGC15-00000455, introducing updated transfer pricing requirements for intercompany transactions.
