KPMG to create new UK tax compliance centre

KPMG is setting up a new compliance centre for its UK clients in Glasgow this summer.

The staff, which will number more than 150, at the tax centre of excellence will carry out checks on the tax returns of individual and corporate clients of the firm’s 22 offices around Britain, to ensure they are fully compliant with all applicable tax regulations and that any supporting information has also been submitted to the tax authorities.
