Adam Kobos, an energy tax specialist, has joined Troutman Sanders office in Portland, Oregon as a partner. He was formerly with Stoel Rives.
Kobos advises clients, particularly in the energy industry but also utilities, on federal and state taxes matters, including the development, acquisition, and investment in renewable energy projects, energy storage facilities, and electric vehicle charging and other alternative fuel refuelling facilities, fuel excises taxes, and federal and state tax incentives.
