Samantha Snow joins Abacus

Independent fiduciary and funds services firm Abacus has taken on Samantha Snow as VAT specialist in its Malta office.

Snow, who has more than 15 years’ experience in VAT and other indirect tax matters, will lead the Abacus group’s VAT offering across both its offices (in the Isle of Man and Malta), working closely with the Abacus yachts team.

Snow began her career as a VAT assurance officer at HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), has worked on a range of complex cases at two of the Big 4 accountancy firms and has advised on global projects including the EU-wide 2015 VAT place of supply changes.

Snow has experience in a diverse number of sectors including the yachting, remote gaming, property, financial services and construction industries.
