DLA Piper appoints new partner

Federico Pacelli DLA Piper 100x90

DLA Piper has appointed Federico Pacelli as a partner in its international tax practice in Milan, where he will be leading the Italian transfer pricing team.

Before joining the firm, Pacelli was senior counsel at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo for more than 10 years. He has advised multinational businesses on domestic and international tax planning, transfer pricing, tax litigation, M&A deals and corporate reorganisations. His expertise covers a wide range of sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, engineering, fashion and design.

As a global law firm, DLA Piper has lawyers in more than 40 countries worldwide. In the past year, the firm has been expanding its presence in the UK, Italy and the Netherlands, as well as South Africa and across the Middle East.
