Transfer pricing expert Danny Beeton has joined Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg as of counsel.

Beeton will be part of the tax and transfer pricing practice, focusing on the transfer pricing aspects of complex financial transactions, asset management structures and restructuring.

His expertise lies in advising clients on the determination of arm's-length prices for all types of related-party transactions, including goods, services and intellectual property, but with a special focus on financial transactions such as loans, guarantees, group treasury policies and asset management fees.
