Dentons has promoted José Ramón Vizcaino to partner in its Madrid office.

Vizcaino specializes in M&A transactions, tax planning, international taxation and the tax aspects of restructuring. He also has extensive experience providing tax advice to national and international companies, with a particular focus on the real estate, energy, telecommunication, risk capital and investment funds sectors.

Before joining the firm in 2013, Vizcaino worked as a senior manager at KPMG.
