Goodwin Procter has expanded its tax practice in London with the hire of Ben Eaton from Allen & Overy.

Eaton will initially concentrate on tax issues relating to investment funds and real estate transactions. He brings with him considerable experience in advising funds, banks and sovereign wealth clients based in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the US on investment, financing, development, leasing, fund formation and debt matters.
