VDB Loi expands in Southeast Asia

Audit and tax firm Earnest Financial Group has joined regional tax and legal firm VDB Loi, effective July 1 2012. VDB Loi Myanmar will advise clients on tax advisory, tax compliance and legal advisory services.

Local partner Thida Cho Win, who has 25 years of experience in Myanmar tax and accounting matters, will be joined in the Yangon office by tax manager Cynthia Herman, who has more than five years of experience with KPMG, DFDL and VDB Loi.

VDB Loi has also announced that it is joining Indonesian law firm Larasati & Manullang, with the Jakarta-based firm operating as Larasati & Manullang – in association with VDB Loi in Indonesia.
