Loyens & Loeff is opening a new office in Hong Kong on January 16. The office will be co-lead by tax partner Carola van den Bruinhorst

The Hong Kong office adds to the firm’s presence in Asia, with existing offices in Singapore and Tokyo. The office will be responsible for advising international clients on international tax restructurings, M&A, investment funds, financing and wealth management.

Van den Bruinhorst joined the international tax practice of Loyens & Loeff in 1990 and has worked in Milan, New York and Amsterdam. She advises multinationals on international acquisitions and cross-border transactions, including restructurings and joint ventures.
