The Honourable Randall Bocock has become a judge of the Tax Court of Canada in Ottawa.
The new judge has been the head of the business law department of Evans, Philp, a Hamilton, Ontario law firm since 2000. His main areas of practice were corporate commercial law, administrative law and estates and trust law.
