Xavier has been the head of Deloitte’s transfer pricing (TP) team in Luxembourg since 2018. With over 20 years of experience in large outbound markets such as France, Germany and Spain, he has assisted numerous multinational companies at their headquarter level. Xavier has provided strategic advice and multi-country project coordination to some of the largest groups from the markets where he has been located.
Xavier covers the full scope of TP services that may be required in Luxembourg or abroad in coordination with Deloitte TP teams around the world. He provides practical and actionable solutions to respond to clients’ needs in the most effective way that is aligned with international tax regulations. Global planning and documentation, international tax audits, and advance pricing agreement/mutual agreement procedure negotiations are some of the types of TP projects that Xavier and his team execute on a daily basis.
He regularly participates in client conferences focused on TP, and has facilitated value chain alignment networks in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.
