William Berntö

William is a consultant in Svalner Atlas’s transfer pricing practice. He holds an LLM from Uppsala University, where his studies focused on international tax law, with a particular emphasis on transfer pricing and cross-border taxation.

William advises on a range of transfer pricing matters, including the preparation of local and master file documentation, benchmarking analyses, the review and structuring of intra-group transactions, and advisory work relating to the transfer pricing aspects of group restructurings and intellectual property transfers.
