Tânia Rodrigues

Tânia is a partner in Deloitte Portugal’s transfer pricing practice, with over 25 years’ experience advising multinational groups on transfer pricing and international tax matters. Since joining Deloitte in 2001, she has played a leading role in the development of the firm’s transfer pricing practice in Portugal and has been actively involved in supporting projects across Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions, including Angola, Mozambique, and Cabo Verde.

Tânia advises multinational organisations on the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies, intercompany arrangements, business model transformations, documentation, audit defence, and dispute resolution. Her industry experience spans energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, tourism, consumer products, and business services, with particular expertise in the energy sector.

A qualified lawyer and former university lecturer, Tânia holds an LLM in international economic law from the University of Warwick. She is a frequent speaker and author on transfer pricing matters and has been recognised by ITR as a leading professional in tax controversy and among the leading women in tax in Portugal.
