Biography
Preeti Reddy is Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Steadfast Business Consulting LLP and leads the firm’s Business Valuations practice. She has more than ten years of experience in business valuations, financial modelling, financial planning and analysis, accounting, variance analysis and Virtual CFO services, advising clients across the technology, industrials, financial services and consumer goods sectors.
Preeti provides valuation services to clients in India and internationally, covering a broad range of valuation assignments, including enterprise valuations, financial instruments, intangible assets and tangible assets. Her experience includes valuation engagements prepared for financial reporting purposes under Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP frameworks.
She regularly advises on statutory and regulatory valuation matters involving the Income-tax Act, Reserve Bank of India regulations, SEBI regulations, the Takeover Code, employee stock option schemes, the Companies Act and foreign direct investment requirements. Her work also encompasses support for corporate transactions, strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance matters.
Prior to co-founding Steadfast Business Consulting LLP, Preeti worked with a Big Four firm in its transaction tax practice. She subsequently led the finance function of a fast-moving consumer goods company, where she was responsible for finance operations, business strategy support and leadership of the finance team.
Preeti is a Chartered Accountant and combines strong technical valuation expertise with extensive practical experience in financial management, strategic planning and transaction-related advisory services.
